Cooking is an Art

``I have always had a love for the arts and creative processes, whether it was painting or writing songs, and great cooking is simply the manifestation of this creative process through food.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 1999, I did what almost every culinary school graduate does: I worked in hotels and restaurants. Although I still love the intensity and discipline of working in fine dining, I decided in 2016 to start a small business where I'd bring my cookies to the public via farmers markets and social media.

I still love playing guitar, traveling, and creating wild and crazy dishes. This business is the ultimate extension of my desire to bring my sense of culinary art and magic to the public.``
