I found these dandies in my favorite (and most important cooking publication since Julia Child’s “The French Chef”)- Cooks Country magazine. They are unusual delights that originated from Texas and are made with brown sugar, oats, pecans, and coconut. I have modified the original recipe by adding butterscotch and white chocolate chips. The result is that customers  cannot stop eating them and if your looking for something that’s totally unusual and has a very high likelihood of blowing the minds of your friends and guests, get these.
